How to place an order from Dheem?
It’s our honor to start business relationship with different customers all over the world. Today, we’ll introduce the process of order placement simply.
To select or provide your favourite design to us:
For example, our main product is all kinds of the LED bathroom mirror and lighted medicine mirror cabinet, and we’ll provide the product catalog for customer selection. If there are any models you like, please let us know the model number. If not, customer can provide us their design.
To offer the product requirements to us for best price:
In order to quote the best price for our customer, we will need to know below things for each product:
- What features you needs for the product? Normally the basic feature is touch switch for turn on/off, dimmable, Anti-fog and color temperature changing.
- What size you need for the product?
- Hardwired or with a plug for the product?
- What is your target order qty for the product?
To make the drawing for customer confirmed and make pre-production samples:
If the price is no problem, then we can confirm the final order. Our technical team will make drawings for each model for customer confirmation. After confirm the drawings, we’ll start to make the pre-production samples. And them will start the mass production.
To process the self-inspection or ask third party for inspection:
After finished the order, we’ll have self-inspection or customer can choose the third party for inspection. But our price is not included the 3rd party inspection cost.
To ship the container for the order product:
Last but not least, we’ll arrange the shipment and load our order product to our customer. Hope every customer will be satisfied with our products and looking forward to the repeat order.
